Q: What happens if I receive the wrong order?
A: If we ship the wrong order, you should notify us immediately. We will promptly send you the correct order providing that you return the wrong order – unopened and in re-sellable condition…. along with your return authorization slip.
Q: What happens if the order is damaged during shipment?
A: It depends on who is at fault. If we have packaged the order incorrectly, we will take full responsibility and promptly send the product again with no additional charge to you. We do require that you send us the damaged product in the damaged box so we can determine the problem and make sure it doesn’t happen again. However, if we have packaged the shipment correctly and the shipper is at fault, we cannot assume responsibility and you will have to file a claim with the shipper.
Q: What if I want to return a product?
A: Refunds are made within thirty (30) days of shipment. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. And you must have a return authorization slip (signed by the original purchaser) that accompanies the return.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: We will notify you of the back-order and ship it as soon as it becomes available. You may cancel the order if the delay is unacceptable to you.
Q: What if the product causes an allergic reaction or other problem?
A: We cannot assume responsibility for the use of any products ordered through our company. Liability rests with you, the purchaser, to use all products with caution. If there is an unfamiliar product, be sure to test it responsibly. We make every effort to provide you with product ingredients and descriptions.
